TORKLAW is a Chicago-based plaintiff personal injury firm seeking a meticulous Case Coordinator to move cases from inception through settlement, build strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with attorneys and staff to deliver outstanding service.

The role requires an organized professional with excellent communication skills, familiarity with case management workflows, and the discretion to handle sensitive client matters with the utmost professionalism.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury.
• Proficient with standard office and productivity software.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to navigate challenging situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files, records, and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties.
• Assist with drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence.
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, evidence, and other case-related materials.
• Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients throughout the claims process.
• Handle property damage claims and assist with lien negotiations.
• Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines, milestones, and follow-ups are completed timely.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution.
• Provide compassionate and professional client service while managing sensitive situations with care and professionalism.

BILINGUAL CASE COORDINATOR | PLAINTIFF PERSONAL INJURY

PAY: $60K + DOE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Case Coordinator, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Professional, personable, and client-focused demeanor
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
• Prior litigation experience is a plus
