TORKLAW in Las Vegas seeks a bilingual legal assistant to support pre-litigation personal injury cases. You will open client files, report claims, coordinate with insurance, and draft letters. Responsibilities include obtaining police reports, ordering medical records, and liaising with attorneys and providers to ensure timely, accurate case progression.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Ideally 1+ year of experience in a similar role or equivalent education.
• Computer literate with standard office software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and set up new client files.
• Open and report claims to insurance companies.
• Place statutory lien holders on notice.
• Draft representation letters.
• Request police reports and medical records.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and providers.
• Collaborate with attorneys and team members.
• Provide administrative and case management support.
