Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking an Operations Lead to take Juniper in Spain from launch to scalable service. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations for the Spanish business, directing Prescriber, Medical Support and Patient Experience teams and managing the relationship with partner pharmacies.

This hands-on role requires building the operating system, creating SOPs, training materials, and a Spanish-language knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience.
• Experience launching a new market or service.
• Hands-on, capable of solving problems directly.
• Experience scaling complex customer-facing operations.
• Experience in high-growth environments.
• Ability to work across countries and functions.

Responsibilities

• Own patient operations: manage onboarding, consultations, ongoing support, and handovers to partner pharmacies.
• Lead the local team: set priorities, recruit, coach and staff planning for Prescriber, Medical Support and Patient Experience.
• Manage pharmacy partnerships with launch-phase reviews and scorecards on handovers and delivery metrics.
• Build the operating system: develop SOPs, training programs and Spanish-language knowledge base.
• Scale responsibly: coordinate governance, incident handling and compliant growth.
