Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking early career engineers for direct hire and a one‑year New Graduate Rotation Program. Roles align with teams supporting New Glenn, Blue Engines, Lunar Permanence, and more, with rotations across four projects. We place candidates at Seattle, Huntsville, Cape Canaveral, Los Angeles, and other sites and review applications on a rolling basis.

Ideal candidates have recently earned a B.S. in engineering, internship or co‑op experience, and a passion for safe, repeatable space

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or similar discipline.
• Recent graduate or within the last year; able to start by Fall 2027.
• Experience with a testing environment and executing test procedures.
• Relevant internships/co‑ops or hands‑on experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership.
• Ability to earn trust and cooperate in an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Aspects of applied test engineering including design, analysis, and operation of test systems.
• Analyze test data to support requirements verification tasks.
• Direct hardware integration into test facilities and planning.
• Develop test support software and equipment to improve test frequency and quality.
• Identify, scope, and resolve test-related problems.
