Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking early career engineers to join Direct Hire across our business units, or participate in the New Graduate Rotation Program to gain hands-on experience. Rotations cover fields such as New Glenn, Blue Engines, Lunar Permanence and more, with mentorship and program-manager guided team placement upon completion.

The role offers placements at Seattle, Huntsville, Cape Canaveral, Denver, and Los Angeles, with a focus on rapid development and safety-driven culture.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering or other relevant field; recent graduate eligible (start Fall 2027).
• MS degree is desirable but not required for consideration.
• Fundamentals of design, material selection, and environmental considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis and test of mechanical systems, propulsion systems, and structures.
• Integrate materials and processes, manufacturing, test, and systems engineering.
• Participate in requirements derivation, conceptual and detailed design, performance modeling.
