Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking early career engineers for direct hire and a one-year New Graduate Rotation Program. You will join a team across multiple business units, rotating through projects in New Glenn, Blue Engines, Lunar Permanence, and other initiatives to match your skillset and business needs.

Locations include Denver, CO; Cape Canaveral, FL; Van Horn, TX; Huntsville, AL; Kent, WA, with emphasis on co-location with your team and hardware support. Apply to begin Fall 2027.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, aerospace engineering or related field.
• Recent graduate or starting Fall 2027.
• Experience in fabrication, precision assembly and testing.
• Ability to interpret models, drawings, specs and procedures.
• Internship or co-op showing technical and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on rapid development programs.
• Adaptable and self-driven with proactive requirement gathering.
• Basic Python for process automation or data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes and systems.
• Integrate materials and processes with production planning and quality control.
• Collaborate with design and systems engineering teams.
• Create and modify work instructions and routings.
• Contribute to material planning and scheduling.
