Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking early-career engineers for direct hire or the New Graduate Rotation Program. You will be matched with engineering teams and participate in three four-month rotations across multiple business units, including New Glenn, Blue Engines, Lunar Permanence, and other programs.

You’ll gain hands-on experience and mentorship to determine the best team fit for your career. Primary locations include Kent, WA; Los Angeles, CA; and Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in EE/ME/CS
• Degree expected within last year and able to start Fall 2027
• Experience with electronics, avionics hardware, software, hardware-in-the-loop, and test
• CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Analyzing and troubleshooting electrical systems
• Relevant internship/co-op and leadership experience
• Ability to work independently and in teams, and to adapt to rapid development

Responsibilities

• Work across applied electronics and electrical engineering including avionics hardware, software, hardware-in-the-loop, instrumentation, controls, systems test, power, communications, mechanical systems, manufacturing, and systems engineering
• Duties vary by business unit objectives
• Enforce safety policies during test planning and operations
