Job summary

Blue Origin seeks early career aerospace engineers for direct hire or a one‑year New Graduate Rotation Program. Assignments will span multiple business units and rotations across New Glenn, Blue Engines, Lunar Permanence, Blue National Security, and more.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering or another technical field.
• Will have earned their degree within the last year and able to start by Fall 2027.
• Experience with aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering on complex systems.
• Ability to break down complex problems into traceable tasks and communicate status.
• Relevant internship/co-op and/or hands-on experience demonstrating technical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer the systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical services and support.
• Develop and manage interfaces through requirements and ICDs and drawings.
• Lead and present at gated reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) on system readiness and deliverables.
• Own verification and validation planning, traceability and Test Readiness Reviews.
