Qualifications

• 4+ years managing production in a manufacturing, fabrication, test, or operations organization.
• Strong organization and people skills in a dynamic, multi-shift environment.
• Ability to build trust, foster inclusivity, and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of shift leads, technical leads, and technicians in CPV operations.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and overtime management across all 4 shifts.
• Collaborate with engineers to review designs and support processing development.
• Ensure equipment calibration, 5S, and quality standards are maintained.
• Provide status updates on hardware deliveries in daily meetings.
• Develop training programs and maintain training records.
