Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent field (required).
• 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering, project, or program management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive and communicate task and project orders, scope, and estimates.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while coordinating the onsite team.
• Ensure resource planning and execution of the contract to meet performance standards.
• Supervise and guide direct reports including A&E Managers and GIS Manager.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation with accuracy.
• Support in proposal writing and development to grow business opportunities.
