Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects at the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in Huntsville, AL.

The role focuses on delivering services on time, within budget, and to high quality standards onsite. The ideal candidate has a strong blend of technical and leadership skills, with at least ten years of PM experience in engineering or architecture, and familiarity with contract administration and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
• PE registration or Architect license required; PMP preferred.
• Minimum of ten years in engineering/architecture and project management.
• Proficiency with business standards, project controls, and client relations.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills; MS Office proficient.

Responsibilities

• Receive and communicate task orders, scope, and estimates.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate onsite team.
• Ensure resource planning and contract performance against PWSS.
• Supervise A&E Managers, Construction/Inspection Managers, GIS Manager, onsite team.
• Foster synergies between work requests to improve efficiency.
