Job summary

Accura Engineering is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, AL. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management, and strong leadership to coordinate staff and Customer representatives onsite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in project management principles and governance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in engineering or architecture projects.
• Client relationship management experience in complex environments.
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and communicate task and project orders, scope, and estimates.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while coordinating the onsite team.
• Ensure resource planning and execution of the contract per performance work statement.
• Supervise and guide A&E Managers, Construction Supervisors, GIS Manager, and onsite staff.
• Foster synergies between work requests to enhance efficiency.
