Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in the United States is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to own a complete project end-to-end, building schedules, WBS, and resource plans across engineering and manufacturing for national security launches and certification efforts.

You will lead cross-functional reviews, manage USG programs, coordinate with suppliers, and communicate readiness to executive leadership, while driving proactive planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in a relevant technical field is required.
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary, fast-paced programs/projects.
• 5+ years industry experience in an aerospace quality and manufacturing environment.
• Ability to travel within the U.S. and abroad.
• Expertise with Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience with systems engineering tools (DOORS) and configuration management tools (Windchill).
• Experience with multi-dimensional data records for manufacturing, quality, configuration management, calibration records, and related docs.

Responsibilities

• Directly support vehicle pedigree review, planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities across manufacturing, testing, and checkouts with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manage USG program resources, schedules, and budgets to meet Blue Origin goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Lead customer-facing meetings/reviews, including manufacturing audits and program planning with USG integration.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure successful execution of customer requirements and deliverables.
• Create and report data aggregations to executive leadership on readiness, escalations, and wins.
