Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager III on the Space Coast to plan and monitor flight avionics test campaigns, ensuring schedules align with program milestones. You will liaise with engineers, IPTs, buyers, and test staff to safeguard quality and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has a BS degree with 4+ years in project management, experience in manufacturing rate management, and strong communication skills. A Master’s is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years planning and managing projects/programs in a development environment, including requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, integration, and cost.
• Experience with manufacturing rate management & improvement.
• Ability to build a professional network within the organization and interface with REsponsible Engineers, IPTs, Test Engineers, buyers, other TPMs, and support personnel.
• Experience with scheduling software such as P6 Primavera or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor projects/test campaigns according to strict deadlines per high-level program schedules.
• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and factor these into project decisions.
• Ensure safety, quality, and mission success in aerospace programs.
