Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to lead end-to-end programs on the New Glenn team, coordinating schedules, resource plans, risk abatement, and cross-functional commitments with suppliers and program managers.

You will engage with USG customers, verify hardware and software fabrication, and prepare readiness reporting for executive leadership. The role requires proactive planning in a fast-paced environment and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• BS in a relevant technical area
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary fast-paced programs/projects
• 5+ years industry experience in an aerospace quality and manufacturing environment
• Ability to travel within U.S. and abroad
• Expertise with Confluence and JIRA
• Experience with DOORS, Windchill, and secure data-sharing platforms
• Experience with multi-dimensional data records for manufacturing, quality, configuration management, calibration records, work procedures, master equipment lists, etc.

Responsibilities

• Directly support the vehicle pedigree review and planning process, under the guidance of senior staff, to include planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities associated vehicle manufacturing, testing, and check outs with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manage USG program/project resources, schedules, and budgets (labor and non-labor) to achieve Blue Origin business goals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Lead customer facing meetings/reviews, including manufacturing audits and program planning meetings, to integrate USG into Blue Origin business rhythm.
• Work closely with technical engineering and manufacturing teams and support organizations to ensure successful integration/execution of customer requirements and deliverables.
• Create and use standard formats for data aggregation and reporting to executive leadership on readiness, escalations, help needs, and wins.
