Job summary

Blue Origin is hiring a Test Engineer II for the Terawave program in the Greater Seattle Area. You will develop and execute verification tests on Vehicle Test Bench (VTB), Flatsat, and HIL environments, collaborating with senior engineers to drive test procedures through reviews and release.

You will set up bench configurations, monitor telemetry, and capture anomalies for root-cause analysis while producing clear test reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Systems Engineering or closely related field.
• 2+ years of hardware test, system integration, or functional test experience in aerospace/defense/electronics.
• Experience developing/executing formal test procedures in controlled documentation environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute VTB and HIL test procedures under guidance of senior engineers.
• Set up bench configurations and operate GSE, monitor telemetry, document results.
• Capture anomalies with detail for root-cause investigation and track status.
• Author test reports summarizing results, anomalies, and open items.
• Identify improvements to test procedures to reduce cycle time and improve coverage.
