Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in Seattle is seeking an experienced Test Engineer III to own end-to-end test campaigns on the Terawave program, including VTB, Flatsat, and HIL environments. You will develop procedures, monitor real-time telemetry, and drive anomaly disposition to closure while mentoring junior engineers.

The role requires leading test activities, coordinating bench configurations, and delivering formal test reports for cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace/related field required.
• 5+ years hardware test experience in aerospace/defense/high-reliability electronics.
• Experience leading end-to-end test campaigns and formal reporting.
• Ability to interpret telemetry and identify off-nominal conditions in real time.
• Familiar with test benches, data acquisition systems, and CM/NC processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute VTB and HIL verification procedures.
• Lead test campaign execution and monitor telemetry and test rules.
• Capture, disposition, and track test anomalies through closure.
• Generate verification artifacts for cross-functional review.
• Mentor Test Engineer I and II on procedures and reports.
