Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in aerospace/defense/high-reliability industries.
• Experience generating engineering drawings with GD&T.
• SolidWorks proficiency and related tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own specific mechanical systems and coordinate cross-team interactions.
• Own spacecraft configuration from concept through integration.
• Develop 3D spacecraft structure designs in SolidWorks and create manufacturing drawings with GD&T.
• Perform first-order structural analyses to support design trades.
• Prepare design review packages and maintain requirements matrices.
