Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required; 5+ years experience or Master’s with 3+ years or PhD.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of application.
• Experience with structural analysis tasks for design/testing of structures.
• Experience with mechanical analysis tools such as NX FEMAP/NASTRAN, ABAQUS, HYPERMESH.

Responsabilités

• Perform static and dynamic structure analysis.
• Review requirements for materials, structures, subsystems.
• Select technical data and compute engineering characteristics for space applications.
• Release results as technical documents after senior review.
• Develop innovative design concepts and iterate as needed.
• Evaluate designs with supervisor and other groups.
