Blue Origin in the United States is seeking a GN&C Modeling & Simulation Engineer to join the Lunar Permanence team, focusing on multi-vehicle simulations using C/C++, Rust, Simulink, and NASA TRICK.

You will build and validate multidisciplinary models, contribute to software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop labs, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure robust performance for spacecraft from Earth to the Moon. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science
• 2+ years of software development in C/C++, Rust, and Simulink
• Experience modeling GN&C components and simulating performance
• Familiarity with CI pipelines and GitLab
• US citizen or eligible to work in the US

Responsabilités

• Develop and integrate multidisciplinary models for a multi-vehicle simulation using C/C++, Rust, Simulink, and NASA’s TRICK framework
• Actively develop tools to design, build, deploy, and support our simulation infrastructure
• Deliver simulations to customers to inform decisions and ensure requirements are met
• Collaborate with engineers across disciplines to validate models
