Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an engineer for GN&C modeling and simulation within the Lunar Permanence team. You will develop tools to build and support state-of-the-art simulation infrastructure and integrate multidisciplinary models for multi-vehicle scenarios using C/C++, Rust, Simulink, and TRICK.

You will collaborate with engineers across disciplines to validate models, support hardware-in-the-loop testing, and ensure performance objectives are met for safe spaceflight.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Physics, Applied Math, or CS.
• 2+ years of software development and debugging in C/C++, Rust, and Simulink.
• Experience with GN&C modeling and evaluating performance via simulation or tests.

Responsibilities

• Develop tools to design, build, deploy, and support simulation infrastructure.
• Create and integrate multidisciplinary models for multi-vehicle sim using C/C++, Rust, Simulink, TRICK.
• Deliver simulations to customers to inform decisions and verify requirements.
