The role emphasizes hands-on testing, data analysis, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment supporting national security space programs. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

  • B.S. in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, or Systems Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of post-graduate engineering experience.
  • Experience testing aerospace flight hardware (NASA/Commercial Space/DoD).
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and standards.
  • Strong data analysis and clear technical communication.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, architect, and coordinate resources to test spacecraft electrical systems.
  • Test spacecraft flight hardware and integrated spacecraft.
  • Conduct design, readiness, and test readiness reviews for events.
  • Coordinate with design engineers to confirm system verification requirements.
  • Identify, communicate, and mitigate cost, schedule, and technical risks.
