Qualifications

  • B.S. in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, Systems Engineering, or related technical subject area.
  • 3+ years of relevant, post-graduation experience in specified engineering field(s).
  • Experience testing aerospace flight hardware for NASA, Commercial Space, or DoD Missile Systems.
  • Experience with flight hardware in production facilities or labs.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, standards, and technical requirements.
  • Strong data analysis and clear technical presentation skills.
  • Safety-focused with hands-on hazardous/critical operations experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, architect, and coordinate resources to test spacecraft electrical systems.
  • Test spacecraft flight hardware and integrated spacecraft.
  • Conduct design reviews, readiness reviews for events.
  • Coordinate with design engineers to integrate verification requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate cost, schedule, and technical risks.
