Blue Origin in Huntsville, AL is seeking a skilled engineer to own electrical integration and testing for spacecraft programs. You will plan and execute tests on flight hardware, coordinate across engineering teams, and contribute to the successful execution of test campaigns in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment.

The role requires 3+ years in aerospace electrical/test engineering, experience with flight hardware in production or lab environments, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.S. in a relevant technical field.
• 3+ years of post-graduate engineering experience.
• Proven aerospace flight hardware test experience (NASA/DoD/Commercial Space).
• Experience with flight hardware in production or lab environments.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and standards.
• Ability to analyze data and present technical results clearly.
• Strong safety mindset and experience with hazardous operations.
• Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, architect, and coordinate electrical test activities for spacecraft.
• Test flight hardware and integrated spacecraft.
• Conduct design, readiness, and test readiness reviews for events.
• Collaborate with design engineers to integrate verification requirements into test plans.
• Identify and mitigate cost, schedule, and technical risks.
