Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Test Engineer to lead electrical test campaigns in support of the Lunar Permanence program and Blue Moon landers. You will plan and execute test procedures for flight hardware, supervise a 2-5 engineer team, and coordinate with internal customers to drive safe, reliable testing.

Relocation assistance and travel up to 25% are available. The role emphasizes collaboration, rigorous data analysis, and adherence to safety standards in a high-availability space environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading aerospace electrical test campaigns.
• Ability to supervise a team of 2-5 engineers.
• Experience with dispersed rapid development teams.
• Knowledge of design fundamentals and testing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team through an entire electrical test campaign.
• Plan, develop and execute test procedures for flight hardware.
• Lead daily test operations and coordinate with internal customers.
• Perform root cause analysis and failure investigations.
• Enforce safety policies during test planning and operations.
• Coordinate test crews and test configurations for testing.
