  • 3+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews (SRR, SDR, SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, PCA).
  • Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira.
  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS.

You Have
  • 6+ years of experience with MILSATCOM Space Vehicle Bus Design, Development, and Test
  • 6+ years of experience with systems engineering, planning, development, integration, and testing for space vehicle subsystems and their components, including structures, mechanisms, electrical power, attitude control, thermal, propulsion, communications, or command
  • 3+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews, including SRR, SDR and SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, or PCA
  • Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira
  • Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammates
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
Nice If You Have
  • 10+ years of experience with space vehicle systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing
  • 3+ years of experience in SETA Contractor Oversight or Mission Assurance
  • Experience with space vehicle level tests, including system performance tests, TVAC, acoustics, or EMI and EMC testing
  • Experience performing multiple systems engineering and program management functions
  • Experience with requirements verification
  • Knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle and milestones and DoD systems engineering, testing, and production policies, standards, and practices
  • Knowledge of satellite space, ground, or user segments
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
  • PMP, ESEP, CSEP, or OCSMP Certification
Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
