You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience with space vehicle systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing
  • 6+ years of experience with systems engineering, planning, development, integration, and testing of space vehicle subsystems and their components, including structures, mechanisms, electrical power, attitude control, thermal, propulsion, communications, or command
  • 3+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews, including SRR, SDR and SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, or PCA
  • Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira
  • Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
  • Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammates
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
Nice If You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience with space vehicle systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing
  • Experience with space vehicle level tests, including system performance tests, TVAC, acoustics, or EMI and EMC testing
  • Experience performing multiple systems engineering and program management functions
  • Experience with requirements verification
  • Knowledge of the DoD acquisition lifecycle and milestones, and DoD systems engineering, testing, and production policies, standards, and practices
  • Knowledge of satellite space, ground, or user segments
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS
  • PMP, ESEP, CSEP, or OCSMP Certification
Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation

Salary range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

Work Model
  • Remote: If this position is listed as remote, there may still be occasions when you are required to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
  • Hybrid: If this position is listed as hybrid, you will be expected to work from a Booz Allen facility frequently, in alignment with leadership expectations and the needs of the role. You may also be required to work from or visit a customer facility.
  • Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
