Job summary

Rocket Lab in Long Beach, CA is seeking a People & Culture Intern to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and the employee life cycle. You will work with cross‑functional teams and mentors to develop professional skills in a fast‑paced environment.

The role requires full-time, on-site commitment for 12 consecutive weeks starting May or June 2027, with the possibility of relocation stipend and comprehensive benefits. US candidates only.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or related field with at least one semester remaining post internship
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• 3+ months of corporate function experience within HR

Responsibilities

• Work with mentors and department to apply knowledge and grow skills
• Support engineering and industry concepts to solve real challenges
• Attend frequent 1:1s with mentors and supervisors to track progress
