EVONA is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager - Space Systems to lead the execution of complex spacecraft programs from development through integration, test, launch and operational readiness.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across systems engineering, hardware, software, manufacturing, integration & test, and mission operations, owning schedules, milestones, and mitigations while aligning internal teams with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in space, aerospace or high-reliability systems.
• Experience managing spacecraft or satellite systems or complex space programmes.
• Strong foundation in systems engineering.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering organisations.
• Understanding of spacecraft development, integration, test and verification.
• Experience managing technical schedules, risks and programme dependencies.
• Background in a major aerospace/defence/space organisation desirable.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance.
• On-site in Westminster, Colorado, with 10–15% travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical programme execution across the spacecraft development lifecycle.
• Coordinate Systems Engineering, hardware, software, manufacturing, integration & test and mission operations teams.
• Own programme schedules, dependencies, critical paths and key milestones.
• Identify technical and programme risks early and drive mitigation plans.
• Coordinate external suppliers and partners, ensuring delivery against programme requirements.
• Support spacecraft integration, environmental testing, launch preparation and operational readiness.
• Drive alignment between engineering teams, programme leadership and external stakeholders.
