Job summary

EVONA is seeking a VP of Programs to lead the execution engine across government and commercial missions. You will translate strategy into reliable, high-quality delivery, guiding engineering, product, and customer programs at the company-wide level.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in program delivery, strong government/aerospace experience, and a proven ability to scale processes in fast-growing environments. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading programs, operations, or delivery in complex technical environments.
• Deep experience supporting government, aerospace, or national security programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams delivering mission-critical systems.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Own execution across all customer programs spanning government and commercial missions.
• Act as the executive accountable for program delivery, mission readiness, and deployment success.
• Build and scale the program management and operational execution function.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, product, and customer teams.
• Establish scalable processes for mission onboarding, deployment, and delivery.
• Develop operational reporting, dashboards, and execution tracking frameworks.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve delivery speed and reliability.
• Serve as a senior interface with government and commercial stakeholders.
• Partner with leadership to ensure operational readiness for growth and new programs.
