EVONA is seeking a Space Systems Lead to take technical ownership of the space segment, driving architecture through qualification, launch, and on-orbit operation. The role spans systems architecture, optical payload integration, avionics interfaces, and qualification activities across TVAC, vibration, EMC, and radiation tests.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in spacecraft or payload development and can demonstrate ownership of a spacecraft or payload from early architecture to launch,

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in spacecraft or payload development.
• Experience across multiple engineering disciplines beyond requirements management.
• Background in spacecraft, optical payloads, satellite communications, EO/IR systems or complex space hardware.

Responsabilités

• Own system from architecture through qualification and launch.
• Lead cross-disciplinary integration across mechanical, electrical, thermal, and avionics interfaces.
• Oversee verification, TVAC, vibration, launch readiness, and on-orbit troubleshooting.
