Job summary

EVONA is seeking an experienced Spacecraft Program Manager to lead a flagship spacecraft program from development through delivery. You’ll coordinate engineering, production, supply chain and finance, acting as the primary customer-facing representative and owner of schedules, budgets, risks and deliverables.

You’ll bring 10+ years in high-technology programs, demonstrated government contract success, and a proven ability to manage subcontractors and cross-functional teams under strict

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a high-technology or engineering environment.
• Experience managing government contracts from capture through closeout.
• Experience managing subcontractors or suppliers on complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead program schedules, budgets, procurement plans and risk management.
• Manage government customer relationships and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate technical reviews and program milestone gates.
• Oversee subcontractors including statements of work and critical-path deliveries.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain and finance.
• Monitor labor/materiel spend, forecasts and program performance.
• Identify risks early and present options to leadership.
• Support detailed production planning and customer meetings.
• Ensure compliance with government policies and security requirements.
