Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional technology development programs within Enterprise Technology. You will define vision, scope and milestones, partner with product management and engineering, and own delivery across multiple teams to advance spaceflight initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical acumen and a commitment to quality, with a focus on safe, scalable systems and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 7+ years working directly with engineering teams in PM/PMO/engineering roles.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software teams.
• Experience across cross-functional teams and release scheduling.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to earn trust and contribute to an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, development, testing and deployment of features into production across multiple technical teams.
• Create and track project milestones, risks and dependencies, describe, own and prioritize all technical requirements associated with delivery.
• Dive deep and understand the design details of the systems in your area, especially those related to customer interfaces and dependencies.
• Identify existing systems or services requiring changes and estimate work with the SDM for each system.
• Develop an implementation plan across teams.
• Demonstrate good judgment in how and when to elevate critical program decisions.
• Write effective narratives on program decisions, technical trade-offs and program updates.
