Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to decompose objectives into executable workstreams, own annual planning, and oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across the program lifecycle for the New Glenn and related platforms.

You will define milestones, manage dependencies, review architecture with engineering leads, and communicate status to senior leadership while mentoring engineers up to Level III. U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management for software systems.
• Demonstrated ability to own year-scale programs across multiple software organizations simultaneously.
• Strong technical fluency: engage credibly with engineers on architecture, APIs, and system design tradeoffs.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across cross-functional software programs.
• Experience defining and tracking non-functional requirements and KPIs/SLAs.

Responsabilidades

• Decompose business objectives into interconnected workstreams and program plans engineering teams can execute against.
• Own and drive the annual planning cycle and development roadmap for your program areas.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across the full program lifecycle - from initiation through production deployment.
• Define and maintain program milestones, resource estimates, risks, and dependencies - including non-functional requirements.
• Own solution architecture and interface definitions in partnership with engineering leads; understand system workflows, APIs, design constraints, and operational 'gotchas'.
