Blue Origin LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive complex program deliverables across multiple teams and locations. You will manage budgets, schedules, and risk while coordinating with finance, legal, and supply chain to ensure execution excellence.

The role emphasizes DFARs contract governance, cross-functional leadership, and top-tier results in aerospace development programs from concept through delivery. A proactive, highly collaborative leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or engineering or equivalent in years of experience.
• 15+ years of experience in program management and/or program planning in the aerospace industry.
• Experience working on Aerospace Development Programs and/or Space Systems.
• Strong understanding DFARs based contracts.
• Experience in structured environments, especially establishing and maintaining a structured culture within a varied workforce and multifaceted work portfolio.
• Experience leading and driving execution of civil and commercial programs from concept through delivery.
• Strong motivation by an operations outlook and work ethics: tactical responsiveness, making important decisions fast, delivering results, having a bias for action.
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for execution and management of program deliverables and performance to plan.
• Manage contractual data requirements lists and deliveries; support scope definition and baselining/budget management; maintain customer relationships through lifecycle.
• Lead weekly and monthly tasking across multiple organizations to ensure alignment of scope, schedule, and resources.
• Oversee financial performance of program accounts and lead recovery actions to variances.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure smooth interfaces and adherence to process standards.
• Represent program interests in proposals, including scope, price vs cost, and resource allocations.
