Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Lead Program Manager for the Agile EO space payload program. You will oversee government contracts, drive program execution, manage cost, schedule and technical performance, and build strong customer relationships.

You will lead efforts across engineering, manufacturing and supply chain, coordinate with stakeholders, apply EVMS concepts, and ensure successful deliveries while maintaining compliance and security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of experience; or Graduate Degree with 7+ years; or 13+ years without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage Government contracts and program execution from inception to completion.
• Lead the program to meet quarterly and annual financial commitments.
• Drive program execution and capture management efforts for additional scope.
• Establish and nurture high-level customer relationships and influence leadership.
• Communicate effectively with team, executives, and external customers.
