Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline with 9+ years of related experience; higher degree may reduce experience.
• Ability to obtain a secret or top-secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of program operations planning including manufacturability, production planning, facilities, test, quality, and supply chain.
• Direct operational functions for assembly/integration of opto-mechanical and electrical assemblies.
• Provide cost, schedule, and delivery status to the program manager and IPTs.
• Coordinate with IPT leaders to ensure feasible, aligned plans.
• Estimate and track operational costs and drive Lean improvements to reduce waste.
• Support design engineering, analysis, and proposal activities; lead readiness reviews.
