Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering and minimum 9 years of related experience; graduate degree preferred.
• Ability to obtain a secret or top‑secret clearance.
• Experience leading programs in a production/manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of planning and execution for operations on a program, including design for manufacturability, production planning, facilities, test execution, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Provide direction to all operational functions supporting assembly and integration of opto‑mechanical and electrical assemblies.
• Serve as integrated program leader and report cost, schedule, and delivery status to the program manager.
• Coordinate with IPT leaders to ensure feasible, aligned plans and objectives.
• Estimate and track operational costs, drive Continuous Improvement, and reduce manufacturing waste.
