Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from an ABET Accredited program; 6+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 4+ years preferred.
• 4+ years in mechanical detailed design, new product development, and MCAD modeling tools.
• Experience managing technical, cost, and schedule performance; experience leading a technical team of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to engineering activities across the full program lifecycle, including proposals, requirements definition, design optimization, and documentation.
• Serve as a technical and team leader within a larger program team on space vehicle systems while meeting customer technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Manage project execution through schedule development, resource alignment, budget tracking, and cost/schedule performance monitoring.
