Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring an Assembly Integration and Test Engineer for the Space Manufacturing team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will lead system integration and test campaigns, drive readiness reviews, and improve processes for space-grade PCBAs and space vehicles.

The role requires 5+ years in high-reliability environments, a technical engineering degree, and hands-on experience across mechanical and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline or technical field.
• Experience in aerospace/high-reliability environments.
• Strong cross-disciplinary understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration and test campaigns with plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Lead test readiness reviews for flight hardware.
• Participate in manufacturing readiness reviews for flight hardware.
• Develop and improve processes for assembly, integration of PCBA and space vehicles.
• Perform hands-on hardware and software testing at unit and system levels.
• Conduct root cause analyses and drive corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Specify and maintain assembly tools, fixtures, and equipment.
• Communicate with supply chain, hardware, program management, and test teams to resolve challenges.]
