Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an Integration & Test Engineer for its Costa Mesa HQ to own end-to-end integration and test campaigns. You will develop test plans, fixtures, and data handling across bench, vehicle ground tests, and flight test support, collaborating with multiple engineering teams.

This hands-on role requires strong DAQ, sensor, and protocol skills, and a focus on safety, with an emphasis on hardware-in-the-loop testing and proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, or related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in integration and test of aerospace, defense, or complex electromechanical systems.
• Strong test engineering foundation with DAQ, sensors, and common protocols (CAN, Ethernet, Serial).
• Hands-on lab, shop, or flight line work experience and ability to work with technicians and fabrication teams.

Responsibilities

• Own integration and test activities from component bench tests through full vehicle ground test.
• Define fixturing, tooling, and test setup requirements with fabrication and ground support teams.
• Develop and execute test programs to characterize subsystem performance under various operating conditions.
• Coordinate with systems engineering and other disciplines to define test requirements and configurations.
• Instrument, collect, reduce, and report test data for vehicle models and flight readiness.
• Focus on safety of integration environments, handling hazardous materials, and heavy-lift operations.
• Maintain configuration control of integration environments, test fixtures, and test articles.
• Support FAT, ground tests, and flight test of prototype and production systems.
