Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Assembly Integration and Test Engineer for the Space Manufacturing team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will lead system integration, test campaigns, and TRRs for flight hardware, while crafting robust processes for PCBAs, box-level assemblies, and space vehicles.

The role requires hands-on experience with EO/IR sensors, test equipment, and collaboration across supply chain, hardware/design, and program management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aerospace/high-reliability industries with 2+ years hands-on integration/test of high‑reliability hardware.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Cross‑disciplinary fluency in mechanical drawings, GD&T, and electrical schematics; collaborate with design engineers on DFM/DFA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in system integration and test campaigns with test plans and schedules.
• Lead TRRs for flight hardware and participate in MRRS for flight hardware.
• Develop and improve manufacturing, assembly, integration, and space vehicle test processes.
