Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems with 10 years of experience.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with systems integration.
• Familiarity with agile methodology and the scrum framework.
• Proven leadership including project management, stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, technical decision-making, risk management, and prioritization.
• Good communication skills and ability to perform in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategies and schedules aligned with program needs.
• Plan software delivery from various teams to meet objectives.
• Identify program software risks early and elevate to leaders for mitigation.
• Oversee software builds and integration environments.
• Support system-level testing and validation.
• Develop and maintain integration plans and resolve compatibility issues.
