Job summary

Cimarron Inc. is seeking a Software Program Integration Lead to oversee the software delivery for the Space Suit program in Houston, TX.

The role sits at the intersection of engineering, program management, and systems integration, acting as the primary point of contact for software coordination across multiple teams. You will define integration strategies, manage schedules, track risks, and drive issue resolution, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with the program’s V&V plan while

Qualifications

• U.S. citizens or permanent residents only due to security requirements.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• 10+ years of related experience.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and systems integration.
• Experience with agile methodologies and scrum framework.
• Proven leadership, program management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategies and schedules aligned with program needs.
• Plan software delivery across teams to meet program objectives.
• Identify and escalate software risks to leaders with mitigation plans.
• Oversee builds and integration environments, align with streamlined delivery.
• Support system-level testing and validation.
• Develop and maintain integration plans; resolve compatibility issues.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies; coordinate cross-functional schedules.
• Report software delivery status to program leadership.
• Act as the primary interface among software, systems, hardware, QA, and DevSecOps.
• Drive issue resolution and coordinate testing/V&V efforts.
• Collaborate on ICDs, architecture diagrams, release docs, and risk registers.
