Job summary

Axiom Space is seeking a bold and dynamic Agile Project Manager for spaceflight programs. You will oversee design, build, test, assembly, integration, certification, launch, operations and sustainment, with an emphasis on schedule integrity and risk management.

This onsite role supports the Space Station Development Facility and collaborates with engineering and product teams to deliver complex spaceflight hardware and software on ambitious timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex programs with multiple workstreams.
• Agile development lifecycle understanding and scheduling expertise.
• Ability to create and maintain IMS, baseline schedules, and risk registers.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and planning products (PBS, OBS, WBS, Risk Register).
• Establish schedule, cost, resource, and scope baselines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, goals and deliverables.
• Ensure integrated schedule creation (IMS) at product, system and module level.
• Communicate progress and risks to senior staff.
• Navigate concept to delivery with engineering teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks to timelines.
• Align with program integration on portfolio performance.
• Drive standards for system and tactical implementation.
• Track realization of strategic benefits.
