Qualifications

• B.S. in mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing or electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Manufacturing experience across multiple work centers/departments with hardware in design, manufacturing or test.
• 2–4+ years for Manufacturing Engineer II or 4–6+ years for Senior Manufacturing Engineer.
• Hands-on fabrication, assembly, and/or integration experience; CAD proficiency (NX preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to assess manufacturability of subassemblies.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and onboard equipment for subassemblies.
• Create and maintain manufacturing plans, procedures, and work instructions for hardware production.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges via root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to establish and maintain QC processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to boost efficiency and product quality.
