Qualifikationen

• B.S. in mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing or electrical engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Manufacturing experience managing a product/product line across multiple work centers and/or departments, fluid, pressurized, propulsion, or environmental control hardware in design, manufacturing, or test.
• 2–4+ years of experience for Manufacturing Engineer II; 4–6+ years for Senior Manufacturing Engineer.
• Hands-on fabrication, assembly, and/or integration experience; CAD proficiency (NX preferred).

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with design teams to provide input on manufacturability of subassemblies.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and onboard equipment for subassemblies, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Create and maintain manufacturing plans, assembly procedures, and work instructions for hardware production.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing challenges via root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to establish and maintain rigorous QC processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to boost manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
