Job summary

The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a Software Engineering Grad Intern for the Software Process and Architecture Department in the ISCD. This 100% onsite, full-time internship in El Segundo, CA, focuses on developing software for space-centric projects and applying standard engineering practices within a collaborative team.

You will work with Java, C/C++, and Python across multiple projects, gaining hands-on experience in software design, testing, and cloud-native concepts. U.S.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment full-time at an accredited college/university pursuing a graduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Availability to work full-time for a minimum of 10 weeks and return to degree program after completion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop software for a variety of space-centric projects.
• Participate with an interdisciplinary team in ongoing research or technical programs.
• Apply standard techniques and procedures to carry out prescribed tasks.
