Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in a STEM field with 15–20+ years of engineering experience for the senior level.
• Demonstrated expertise in radiation effects, nuclear hardness and survivability.
• Ability to interface with senior leaders and manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise radiation and nuclear survivability strategy and standards.
• Interface with customers, government agencies, and labs to guide program execution.
• Lead root-cause investigations and develop mitigation strategies for complex systems.
