Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Space RADAR Payload I&T SME to lead troubleshooting during AI&T, mentor staff, and guide test activities on high-rate production. The role requires strong leadership, deep RADAR I&T know-how, and the ability to communicate complex issues to program management.

The position is based on-site in Linthicum, MD, with potential hybrid work arrangements. Applicants should have experience with ESA/Phased Array integration and RF beamforming concepts, and must be eligible

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 14 years relevant experience, 12 years with MS, or 9 with a PhD.
• Experience planning, executing, and analyzing integration and test campaigns for RADAR systems.
• Experience integrating embedded firmware, flight software, and hardware.
• No clearance required to start but eligible for TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot issues during AI&T, providing timely resolutions to challenges.
• Track progress and provide updates to management on test anomaly resolutions.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members to foster continuous improvement.
